A. Yes within reason. It is important to check measurements of doorways, stairs, corridors and narrow turning points. Also it is important to consider the weight of the item as Crystal Stone is a very dense heavy stone material. If not sure then we recommend a home consultation with one of our experienced staff to assess the situation for you. As ultimately we can not be held responsible for the item not being able to be delivered to its designated point.

Q. I love the look of Crystal Stone and am considering buying a dining table, but with two youngsters I am a bit worried about food and drink spills. I don’t want to cover my table up, what do you suggest?
A. All table tops have been finished with a polymer resin to protect them. This is scratch and heat resistant and offers good protection. Any spills should be cleaned up as soon as possible.

Q. I have recently bought the Deco Dining Table and will be moving house later this year. I want to buy some matching pieces in the future. How long will this range be available for?
A. We do not keep items in stock, every piece is made specifically to your request and so we will be able to make matching items for a number of years. The alabaster is naturally a grey colour and then the colour is added and polished. Again, this means we should be able to match your colour of Crystal Stone for many years to come.

Q. What happens if I realise I don’t like the items when I see them after you deliver?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot take items back that are the wrong sizes, shape or colour as we make each piece to your specifications. Therefore, the only items we would be able to accept back would be ones that were damaged in transit. So please be 100% sure before placing your order. If in any doubt we recommend a home consultation where we can bring along colour samples catalogues and even sample piece of furniture!

Q. Is it possible to mix and match table tops and legs? I really like the Skyatos round table base, but prefer the glass top that is on the Santorini table.
A. Absolutely! With Crystal Stone unique Italian furniture, we are offering you the chance to have pieces of furniture made to your requirements. If you want to mix and match we can look at that and give you a quote. We may not be able to change some designs where for instance the table top proportions were too big to be supported by the base. But we can advise and offer alternative solutions. Please just ask for a quote.

Q. Are you able to send out samples of the Crystal Stone so that we can match colours to our decor?
A.Yes. We have a sample box set of Crystal Stone that can be mailed to you and then we can arrange for it to be collected when you have made your choice. All that we ask is for a deposit of £50.00 which is refunded upon its safe return.
