Delivery is included in our prices to the UK mainland. Our delivery team will deliver and assemble most items and remove all packaging and waste materials, we can also allow you to arrange collection from our Stoke on Tent warehouse, if this is easier for you. Delivery to areas outside the UK may incur additional cost. Please contact us for confirmation of this prior to order.

Due to the bespoke nature of Crystal Stone furniture delivery on most items is 60 days from order confirmation, (except during holiday periods) however many items are available much sooner, other items which are built to a customers order could take a little longer.We will always try to give you an accurate delivery time when your order is confirmed. If you are on a strict time schedule for your items, please let us know.

Our normal delivery times are Monday to Friday during normal working hours.

We can arrange deliveries outside of these hours and will be happy to quote you for that service, we only expect to cover our costs for this. We will quote for this service at the time of order confirmation or prior to ordering if you ring the showroom.

Please note it is your responsibility to ensure the item will fit and is easily transported to its final location.Think about stairs, narrow doorways any twists and turns that may be encountered, if we are unable to deliver for reasons beyond our control a charge will be applied for any subsequent attempts. Undeliverable items are not refundable items, we will however do our best to satisfy, but remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that what you are buying will fit into your home.

*TIP: Measure, measure and measure again! Remember to measure inside skirting boards and not wall to wall unless you intend to have the skirting boards removed where items are a tight fit. Remember to account for light switches, sockets, telephone points, TV points, pelmets, windowsills and even where your curtains hang etc. The more thought you give to where your item is going the less risk there is of dissapointment.
